Cancellation Policy

By booking a service with Megan Simpson Equestrian, you agree to the terms of this cancellation policy:

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur the full service fee. Please provide as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. 
• No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without notice, the full service fee will be charged.
• Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled once within 7 days of the original booking, or 14 days for bodywork/fortnightly lessons.  Rescheduled appointments also require at least 24 hours’ notice, otherwise they are considered a late cancellation.
• Emergencies: I understand that emergencies happen. Please contact me as soon as possible if something unexpected comes up, and I’ll do my best to work with you.

For bodywork, to ensure fair scheduling for all clients due to cancellations of large groups of horses over the past 6 months, a non-refundable $40 deposit per horse is now required for all bookings involving 3 or more horses.

This deposit will be applied to your total session cost and is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.
